Ciara is a Relationship Manager for the Commonwealth Financial Services Office in Woodsfield, Ohio. In this role, she collaborates with Senior Advisors among the firm to gain knowledge about financial planning and investment strategies to assist our clients. Ciara is eager to serve the community in which she grew up in and currently resides.
